OFFSHORE INCORPORATION

National Business Incorporators, Inc. provides offshore business formation services in all major offshore financial centers.

International Business Corporation (IBC):

An International Business Corporation or "IBC"is a corporation that is formed in an offshore tax haven and is typically authorized to do business anywhere in the world except its home country (i.e. if your IBC is formed in Belize you may do business anywhere in the world except Belize ).

  • An IBC is completely private.
  • An IBC is TAX EXEMPT on all income earned worldwide.
  • An IBC DOES NOT file an Annual Return.
  • An IBC's Corporate Records may be kept anywhere.
  • An IBC's Annual Meetings may be held anywhere in the world.
  • An IBC's Board of Directors Meetings may be held anywhere in the world.
  • The same person may act as the Shareholder, Board of Directors, President, Agent or as any other Officer within the Company.
  • The Founder may appoint Officers and Directors for the IBC, but only the Founder will know their identities.
  • An IBC's Shareholders remain Confidential through the use of Bearer Shares.

IBC Formation Process:

1. The first step is to choose the offshore financial center that you would like to form your corporation in.

2. The next step is to open a bank account and brokerage for the company (an IBC must have a bank and brokerage account). These accounts need not be in the IBC's home country. All banking or investing transactions will be kept strictly confidential under the offshore secrecy laws. The founder of the company may sign on the account(s) and will remain in complete control of his/her money. Offshore banks and brokerages issue private Visa/MasterCard debit cards that an account holder may use to withdraw funds from an ATM or to purchase goods and services directly.

3. Once your IBC is formed, you will need an offshore mail forwarding address. Mail from offshore banks and brokerages is sent to the established offshore address, placed inside a discreet envelope and privately forwarded to you. Using offshore mail forwarding will avoid any breaches in privacy that might occur as a result of offshore correspondence being sent directly to a domestic residence or business.

4. The IBC may now conduct business or invest across the globe in complete privacy.
